Interventional & Peripheral CardiologistChicago Cardiology Institute (CCI) | Schaumburg & Oak Park, IllinoisPosition OverviewChicago Cardiology Institute (CCI) is seeking a full-time Interventional Cardiologist to join our growing physician-led cardiovascular practice serving the Greater Chicago region. This role offers a balanced mix of peripheral and coronary interventional services across clinic, hospital, and office-based lab (OBL) settings.Key responsibilities/services include:
- Peripheral vascular interventions including angiograms, stents, atherectomies, and additional vascular procedures
- Coronary interventional procedures ranging from bread-and-butter to complex cases
- Opportunity to help expand and grow the peripheral vascular service line within an established Office-Based Lab (OBL)
- Echocardiography (TTE/TEE)
- Nuclear cardiology and cardiovascular diagnostics
- Inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular consultations
- Preventive cardiology and medication management
- Dedicated OBL procedural time with strong existing patient volume
- Access to CT surgical backup within affiliated hospitals
- Growth within peripheral vascular and integrated vein programs
- Team of 14 cardiologists and dedicated clinical support staff
- Comprehensive cardiovascular specialties including:
- Interventional Cardiology
- Peripheral & Vascular Medicine
- Electrophysiology
- Cardiac Imaging & Diagnostics
- Preventive Cardiology
- First outpatient vascular center established in Illinois
- Integrated vein clinic and advanced peripheral vascular program
- State-of-the-art imaging technology including CT, PET, echocardiography, vascular ultrasound, and sleep studies
- Established referral base and continued regional growth
- Strong APP, MA, nursing, and administrative support structure
