About the Clinician's WorkdayThe interventional radiologist will provide comprehensive coverage including daytime patient care from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with night call from 4:30 PM to 8:00 AM and weekend call ending Mondays at 8:00 AM. The position requires hands-on experience with body interventional radiology procedures including paracentesis, thoracentesis, biopsies, drains, tunneled and non-tunneled dialysis catheters, port placements, and nephrostomy tubes. The clinician will serve as the sole provider and must maintain board certification in interventional radiology along with BLS and DEA certifications. Documentation will be completed using the EPIC EMR system. Hospital privileges are required for this position.
