Interventional Pain Management Physician - Premier Outpatient Practice in Fairfield, Connecticut
An elite, well-established pain management group in Fairfield, CT is actively recruiting experienced Interventional Pain Management Physicians to join their expanding outpatient network. Position Highlights
This outpatient-focused role offers the perfect balance between clinical consultation and procedural work. Your typical week includes 2-3 dedicated procedure days and 2 office-based clinic days, with daily patient volumes of 20-25 patients/procedures. This structure ensures robust case variety while allowing sufficient time for meaningful physician-patient relationships and comprehensive care delivery.
Core Responsibilities
You'll provide complete outpatient pain management services, evaluating and treating diverse chronic pain conditions through evidence-based diagnostic approaches. Responsibilities include interpreting advanced imaging and diagnostic studies to develop individualized treatment strategies. Your procedural repertoire will encompass the full spectrum of interventional pain techniques, including medial branch blocks, facet joint injections, sacroiliac joint injections, epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, discography, peripheral nerve stimulation, spinal cord stimulation, vertebroplasty, kyphoplasty, prolotherapy, disc regenerative therapy, peripheral joint injections, and trigger point injections.
Beyond clinical duties, you'll collaborate seamlessly with fellow physicians, skilled nursing staff, and administrative teams to continuously enhance patient outcomes and streamline clinic operations. This collaborative model ensures both clinical success and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have completed an ACGME-accredited Pain Management Fellowship and hold board certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation or Anesthesiology. Neurologists with substantive pain management experience will also receive consideration. Critical requirement: minimum 3 years of clinical experience in interventional pain management. Demonstrated commitment to procedural excellence and evidence-based practice is essential. After the guarantee period, you'll transition to a highly lucrative compensation model receiving 50% of collections, creating exceptional upside earning potential that directly rewards your clinical excellence and productivity.
Outstanding Compensation Package
The position features a highly competitive base salary of $400,000-$425,000, supplemented by performance-based production bonuses and ancillary revenue sharing that directly reward your clinical contributions. This comprehensive compensation structure recognizes and incentivizes excellence while providing financial stability. After the guarantee period, you'll transition to a highly lucrative compensation model receiving 50% of collections, creating exceptional upside earning potential that directly rewards your clinical excellence and productivity.
