Interventional Radiologist (100% Outpatient ASC/OBL)Locations: Miami, FL | Orlando, FLSchedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | No Nights, No Weekends, No CallCompensation: Competitive Base + Incentive Bonuses + Partnership Track + EquityPosition OverviewCardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA) is seeking a full-time, Board-Certified Interventional Radiologist to launch and lead a dedicated IR service line within an established, physician-led cardiovascular practice in Florida.This is a rare 100% Outpatient Interventional Radiology opportunity operating out of a state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and Office Based Lab (OBL). Designed for a physician who wants to focus on procedural care without the burnout of hospital shift work, this role offers complete schedule predictability alongside substantial financial upside through equity and partnership options.Candidates have the flexibility to choose between Miami or Orlando, aligning their practice with their ideal Florida lifestyle.Position Highlights & Clinical ScopeWork alongside a collaborative team of Interventional Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists, Vascular Surgeons, and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) supported by strong, existing procedural demand. APPs assist with care coordination, and follow-ups, allowing you to maximize your time in high-yield interventions.Key Procedural Focus Areas
  • Peripheral & Venous Interventions: Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD - primary focus), May-Thurner Syndrome (iliac vein stenting), Venous Ablation for varicose veins, and IVC filter placements/removals.
  • Embolization & Oncology: Pelvic Congestion Syndrome Embolization, Uterine Fibroid Embolization (UFE), and Tumor Embolization.
  • Spine & Outpatient Procedures: Kyphoplasty, select spine injections, port placements, and outpatient drainages/aspirations.
  • Service Line Leadership: Drive the strategic development and expansion of IR offerings supported by an established cardiovascular referral base.

Qualifications
  • Board Certified in Interventional Radiology (ABR/AOBR)
  • Active Florida Medical License (or eligibility)
  • Strong clinical and procedural skills with a commitment to patient-centered care
  • Collaborative mindset with an interest in expanding an outpatient IR service line
  • 5+ years of post-fellowship experience preferred, but well-qualified candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, particularly for the Miami market
