• Perform a wide range of interventional procedures including stents, angioplasty, angiograms, nephograms, kyphoplasty, biopsies, drainages, vascular and neurological studies, venous access, and genitourinary assessments.
• Operate Siemens and Phillips x-ray equipment proficiently; experience with Acuson preferred.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in inpatient hospital settings, conveying critical and timely results.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort through adherence to protocols and certifications.
• Maintain high standards of procedure accuracy and documentation within a busy daily case load of 13-17 cases.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in interventional radiology, with at least one year of traveler experience; first-time travelers not accepted.
• Demonstrated neuro and inpatient hospital procedure expertise, including stroke interventions.
• Proficiency with PACS, contrast administration, and the operation of Siemens and Phillips imaging systems.
• Valid BLS and ARRT certifications; ARRT Advanced certification preferred.
• Able to work daytime shifts (07:00 – 17:00) with on-call duties including weekends, evenings, and nights.
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to a high-volume environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with EPIC and McKesson systems.
• Additional certifications such as ARRT Advanced Cert.
• Prior work in outpatient, OR, ER, Level I trauma, teaching, or community hospital settings.
• Familiarity with Ablations and specialized neuro procedures.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• At least a year of relevant interventional radiology experience in hospital or trauma settings.
• Proven track record with Siemens and Phillips equipment, ideally with Acuson experience.

Other Requirements:

• Availability for hospital orientation (first week), including daily classes.
• Travel reimbursement, licensure, certification, and other qualifying expenses covered.
• No float requirement; committed to scheduled shifts only.
