Job Description

Interventional Radiology Radiology / CardiologyAre you a skilled radiology or cardiology professional seeking an impactful opportunity in a dynamic healthcare environment? Join our team as an Interventional Radiology / Cardiology Specialist and play a vital role in delivering advanced imaging and minimally invasive procedures that directly improve patient outcomes. This position offers a challenging yet rewarding environment where your expertise makes a difference every day.Required Skills:

Valid LA State License in Radiology or Cardiology
ARRT Certification
ACLS and BLS Certifications
Minimum of 2 years of related experience in Interventional Radiology or Cardiology
Ability to perform a variety of interventional procedures with precision and care
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility in working hours, including on-call shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience working closely with Cardiac Catheterization Labs
Prior experience in a high-volume or hurricane-impact healthcare setting
Additional certifications related to radiology or cardiology
Ability to assist in floating between IR and Cardiac Cath Lab as needed

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Radiologic Technology, Cardiovascular Technology, or related field
At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in interventional radiology or cardiology procedures

Other Requirements:

Willingness to participate in emergency response teams during hurricane season, with flexibility to stay at the facility or assist relief efforts as assigned
Reliable, punctual, and prepared to respond within 30 minutes for on-call emergencies
Commitment to maintaining licensure, certifications, and ongoing professional development
