About the Role:
In this vital position, you will assist with printing packing slips, entering purchase orders, and checking inventory for errors. Your main responsibility will be to identify and correct mistakes in inventory data, ensuring everything is accurate and up-to-date. If you’re someone who notices discrepancies others might overlook—like incorrect item tagging or misplaced products—this is the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Print and organize packing slips for shipments
Enter and verify purchase orders (POs)
Review inventory data for errors or inconsistencies
Collaborate with team members to correct mistakes promptly
Maintain a high level of attention to detail to prevent errors from slipping throughMaking sure delivery trucks have the proper pulls
Ideal Candidate:
Highly detail-oriented and meticulous
Observant with a strong eye for spotting mistakes
Organized with good time management skills
Able to work independently and communicate effectively
Previous experience in inventory, administrative work, or quality control is a plus but not required
