Responsibilities
- Build relationships & create customers for life.
- Acquire used vehicle inventory for the dealership by appraising service customer vehicles.
- Handle all inbound leads from customers wanting to sell their vehicles to the dealership.
- Assist customers in valuing their vehicles and in some cases, setting them up with a salesperson to upgrade their car.
- This is not a sales position, but instead a dedicated position aimed at helping the dealership acquire inventory from local customers.
- Direct report to the Used Vehicle Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day.
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Tech-Savvy
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
- Eager to improve
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
