🎯 The Role

As an Inventory & Fulfillment Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—making sure vacation inventory is booked accurately, fulfilled on time, and communicated seamlessly. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams, resorts, and customers to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys problem-solving, and loves being part of a team that keeps vacations moving.

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing

• Proactively monitor and book internal inventory, Portfolio Accounts, and RCI requests

• Partner directly with timeshare resorts to secure and confirm reservations

• Ensure inventory availability is accurately reflected across all company platforms

• Submit and track all required reservation documentation

• Respond to customer inquiries with speed, professionalism, and care

• Use demand trends and data to lock in the best reservations possible

• Route inbound calls to the appropriate sales agents

• Generate and analyze reports related to inventory and reservation activity

• Support Resort Rentals using the GRS database

• Keep communication clear, timely, and on point across teams

• Customer service or call center experience (travel or reservations experience is a big plus!)

• Confidence working across multiple systems and software tools
