Job Description

Inventory and Parts Associate

Day shift 6am – 2:30pm

$19/hr

Join a stable, growing manufacturing team where your attention to detail keeps everything running smoothly! We’re looking for a dependable Inventory and Parts Associate to organize, track, and distribute parts critical to production. This is a great opportunity to build your career in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Receive, label, and stock incoming parts and supplies
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the company’s system
  • Issue parts and materials to production and maintenance teams as needed
  • Organize the parts room for easy access, cleanliness, and efficiency
  • Assist in preparing large components for motor freight shipments
  • Other duties as assigned

What you bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, or parts room preferred
  • Basic computer skills; experience with inventory software a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods
  • Willing to train the right person - previous warehouse, inventory, and/or forklift experience a plus
