• Track and manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Accurately update inventory systems and maintain records
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of materials
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and shipping teams to support operations
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or overages
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient inventory area
• Support overall inventory accuracy and operational efficiency

What You Need to Bring to the Inventory Associate Role:

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
• High level of reliability and consistent attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow processes and maintain organized inventory systems
• Basic understanding of inventory control or willingness to learn
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
• Manual dexterity and ability to handle materials and small parts
