Job Description

Audit Supervisor will be responsible for counting inventory in the multiple convenience store locations. After the audit is complete the audit supervisor will provide the store managers with information that they can use to help their businesses be more effective.  
Core Responsibilities: 
Master at executing the audit process 
Master at leading the audit 
Master at customer service 
Master at client requirements 
Duties/Responsibilities: 
Effectively and accurately count all items in a convenience store (stockroom, fridge, and front of store) 
Develop good relationships with our store managers.  
Use the procedures of the Audit Process at each audit (6C process). 
Complete all required client paperwork and reporting in a timely manner. 
Transmit all payroll, itinerary, invoicing information, etc. daily. 
Communicate all client issues and concerns 
Provide feedback and training to store managers 
Initiate and maintain communication to keep others on the team informed. 
Keep DM informed about QS and client concerns 
Provide team direction and role model the values. 
Know all division and account procedures. 
Complete scheduling as assigned 
Assist others in identifying and building their skills. 
Identify skill-building targets each week and complete them. 
Complete all required training that is assigned. 
Communicate within the divisions and office within 24 business hours. 
Adhere to all Quantum Services policies and procedures. 
Complete all other duties as assigned and special projects as requested 
Required Skills/Abilities: 
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. 
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. 
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. 
Education and Experience: 
High school diploma or equivalent. 
At least two years of related experience is required. 
Physical Requirements: 
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.  Squat, bend down, be on your knees, maneuver and manipulate keypad - majority of the day, work in cold environments
