Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations/Finance Coordinator to support financial receipt and material tracking across multiple field sites. This role involves managing data accuracy, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth billing and inventory processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and proficient in administrative and financial systems.Responsibilities:• Perform financial receipt of materials across 40+ field sites using Excel and internal systems• Manage and track communications via Outlook and ensure timely follow-ups• Partner with finance teams to reduce billing discrepancies and receiving errors• Generate performance metrics and reports for field teams• Coordinate with site personnel for physical inventory validation and reconciliation• Support order processing and tracking within ERP systems and Oracle (if applicable)• Analyze data, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure process complianceQualifications:• Strong proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and data management tools• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Experience with ERP systems, Oracle, and order management (preferred)• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to interpret financial and technical data independently• Strong time management and ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
