Job Title: Assembly & Inventory AssociateLocation: Mora, MNCompensation: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour depending on experience – paid weeklySchedule: 1st shift | 7:30am-4:30pm Monday–FridayJob Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-timeAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assembly & Inventory Associate workers for a manufacturing company in Mora, MN. In this role, you’ll support both hands-on product assembly and inventory management to help ensure product quality and accurate inventory flow. Read below for more information!What You’ll Do as an Assembly & Inventory Associate:

• Assemble components by following technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and specifications are me
• Track inventory movements and maintain accurate inventory records
• Perform inventory audits and reconcile physical counts with system data
• Document assembly and inventory activities to support continuous improvement
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What You Need to Bring to the Assembly & Inventory Associate Role:

• Must have at least 1 year experience in inventory management, supply chain, or related field
• Must have experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software
• Must have experience or be comfortable working with power/hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
• Basic computer skills; experience with Excel or inventory systems preferred
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Entry-level candidates with strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply
