Inventory & Receiving Specialist

Location: Katy, TXPay: $20.00/hrSchedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

LINK Staffing is hiring an Inventory & Receiving Specialist for a warehouse role in Katy. This position focuses on receiving inbound deliveries, maintaining organized inventory, supporting order pulling, and helping keep warehouse operations accurate and efficient.

Day shift: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Warehouse-based inventory and receiving role
Hands-on work with receiving, stock handling, and cycle counts
Opportunity to support multiple warehouse functions

What Youll Do

Receive inbound deliveries and unload incoming freight
Inspect shipments for damage and verify counts against packing slips and purchase documents
Put materials away in the correct warehouse locations and update inventory records
Keep the inventory area clean, organized, and easy to access
Assist with locating parts and pulling orders as needed
Perform cycle counts and help maintain accurate stock levels

What Were Looking For

High school diploma or GED
12 years of inventory, receiving, or related warehouse experience
Experience with receiving, inventory control, and order pulling
Clear communication and ability to work well with a warehouse team
Detail-oriented and organized approach to daily work
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb occasionally during the shift
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with moderate noise
