Inventory & Logistics SupervisorLocation: Brooksville, FLDirect HirePay: $55,000 to $70,000, depending on experience
We are seeking an experienced Inventory & Logistics Supervisor to lead shipping and receiving operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily workflow, ensuring accurate inventory, and supporting production with the right materials at the right time.
What you will do:• Lead day-to-day shipping and receiving operations• Manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and discrepancies• Coordinate outbound shipments and inbound materials• Partner with production and operations to keep workflows moving• Serve as a key user within the ERP system• Support safety, compliance, and continuous improvement efforts
What we are looking for:• 4+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory within manufacturing• Prior leadership or supervisory experience• Strong ERP and Excel skills• Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory control• Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
