Inventory Billing Associate
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Inventory Billing Associate to join our manufacturing team. This position is in Murrysville PA. This role is ideal for someone with prior manufacturing experience who enjoys working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams to ensure materials and product information are accurate and up to date.
Pay rate $25/hour Schedule Monday-Friday 8AM to 4PM
The Inventory Billing Associate will spend most of their time managing inventory and billing-related tasks, maintaining system data, and supporting manufacturing operations through SAP and Microsoft Office tools. The role also requires regular interaction with production associates on the manufacturing floor, making strong communication skills essential.
Key Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) in SAP and other business systems.
Process BOM revisions, engineering changes, and material updates accurately and efficiently.
Complete daily and weekly task-based assignments related to product structures, materials, and inventory records.
Verify material and component information for accuracy and completeness.
Support manufacturing operations by ensuring BOM information aligns with production requirements.
Communicate directly with production associates to gather information, answer questions, and resolve discrepancies.
Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Excel to manage communications, track data, and support reporting needs.
Assist with data audits and system maintenance to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to support operational goals.
Qualifications
Required:
Previous manufacturing experience.
General understanding of Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage a high volume of task-based work with accuracy.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
Experience working with SAP.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Experience supporting manufacturing, production, inventory, or supply chain functions.
