Job Description

  • Maintain accurate inventory records for receiving, storing, and issuing stock

  • Perform regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy

  • Update inventory systems and documentation, including ERP and reporting tools

  • Review and investigate inventory reports to resolve discrepancies and track stock movement

  • Organize storage areas to promote efficiency, safety, and accessibility

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support timely inventory replenishment

  • Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, and follow safety protocols

  • Support internal and external audits and maintain clean, organized work areas

  • Participate in Lean, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives to improve warehouse processes

  • Meet role requirements including inventory/warehouse experience, strong analytical skills, ERP familiarity, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
