- Analyzing demand signals to support service supply readiness. *
- Optimizing inventory parameters to ensure accurate planning data. *
- Identifying trends and supply risks through data analysis. *
- Assessing inventory levels against safety stock and reorder points. *
- Recommending adjustments to inventory levels and reorder parameters. *
- Monitoring repair turnaround times and vendor lead times to inform planning. *
- Conducting root-cause analysis for stockouts and inventory discrepancies. *
- Maintaining and optimizing ERP planning parameters such as lead times and safety stock.*
- Validating and correcting data within ERP and Salesforce systems. *
- Collaborating with operations and engineering to refine BOM and routing accuracy. *
- Developing dashboards and reports on consumption trends and inventory health. *
- Presenting weekly updates on backorders and forecast changes. *
- Communicating recovery timelines and risk mitigation strategies to stakeholders. *
- Supporting monthly planning reviews with consolidated data and scenario analysis. *
- Maintaining planning controls to ensure system data integrity. *
- Leading or supporting process improvements related to inventory accuracy and system workflows. *
- Providing documentation and analytical support for audits and inventory investigations.
- 24 years of experience in supply planning, inventory analysis, service operations, or related supply chain roles.*
- Strong understanding of service supply triggers (consumption, repair loops, refurb flows).*
- Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, or similar).*
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data modeling).*
- High analytical ability, attention to detail, and sound problem-solving skills.*
- Experience in reverse logistics, repair/refurb environments, or service supply chain planning.*
- Familiarity with forecasting, MRP/MPS concepts, and safety stock modeling.*
- Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.*
- Background working with multi-system ERP environments.*
