JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview

The Inventory Clerk is responsible for Verifying Products upon Receipt, and preparing inventory for the sales floor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the receiving and handling of incoming cannabis deliveries.
• Adhere to strict applicable policies, rules, regulations, and/or other standards required as a part of compliance with the Company and Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) guidelines.
• Assist with weekly and monthly, and quarterly inventory counts.
• Ensure that all products have been properly labeled with the appropriate barcode/compliance labels and are accounted for within the company's inventory system and METRC.
• Keep a clean and well-organized vault and sales floor.
• Enter new products into Point of sale, and accept manifests into METRC as needed.
• Verify vendor deliveries while making sure inventory received matches the manifest/invoice.
• Promote a positive work environment that is customer-service oriented.
• Ensure Company goals, deadlines, and performance standards are met.
• Attend regular mandatory training classes, OSHA training, METRC training, and staff meetings.
• Other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly and accurately. Important when restocking the sales floor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment often during busy and stressful circumstances.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Ability to deal with problems and resolve in a professional manner.
• Ability to make basic mathematical calculations quickly and accurately; and
• Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend, evening, and holiday shifts.

Education and/or Experience:

• Valid Dispensary Agent Card and City of Las Vegas Work Card are a requirement
• Inventory experience is required.
• High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) preferred.
• METRC experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
