Job TitleL: Inventory Control Associate

Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • 1st Shift
  • Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
  • Overtime available (1 2 hours as needed)

Job Summary

Seeking an Inventory Control Associate to maintain accurate warehouse inventory balances and support daily inventory operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, inventory accuracy, and experience operating warehouse equipment in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily inventory counts and cycle counts (up to 300 counts per day)
  • Record inventory transactions accurately and in a timely manner
  • Reconcile inventory discrepancies and resolve inventory issues
  • Process physical inventory activities and maintain stock accuracy
  • Communicate inventory concerns that may impact customer service levels
  • Operate warehouse equipment to access inventory locations
  • Complete additional warehouse and inventory-related tasks as assigned

Required Skills

  • 0 3 years of inventory control or warehouse experience
  • Experience operating a Crown Order Picker
  • Ability to operate or learn a Raymond Stand-Up forklift
  • Experience using RF scanners
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Quick learner with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of basic addition and subtraction

Preferred Skills

  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Experience reconciling warehouse inventory systems
