The Role We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized team member to support our maintenance team. In this role, you'll partner closely with our Inventory Clerk III to learn processes, manage daily tasks, and ensure maintenance operations run smoothly. You'll handle purchasing, track maintenance activity, and help maintain accurate inventory and documentation. What You'll DoCreate, update, and close maintenance work orders using the MVP One system
Generate and manage preventative maintenance (PM) schedules each week
Purchase, track, and expedite materials and supplies for the maintenance team
Maintain inventory levels for spare parts, janitorial items, and other supplies
Manage vendor relationships, including maintaining an approved vendor list
Coordinate with vendors to ensure facility services (including landscaping) are completed on time
Process returns for damaged or defective materials and ensure accurate documentation
Organize and maintain manuals, schematics, and technical documentation
Order and stock campus-wide supplies such as coffee and janitorial items
Collaborate with team members across departments to support daily operations
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What You BringStrong organizational skills and attention to detail

Basic understanding of inventory and purchasing processes
Comfort working with data and systems Required QualificationsEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent
Experience3+ years in a manufacturing or industrial environment3+ years of experience in purchasing, inventory, or data entry
Technical SkillsIntermediate skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Experience with maintenance systems such as MP2 or MVP OneFamiliarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics AX)
