Job Title: Inventory Clerk III

Location : Mounds View, Minnesota - 55112

Employment Type: Part-Time Duration : 12 months

Description

The Tablet Deployment Inventory Specialist supports tablet deployment and inventory operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, flexibility in a changing environment, high attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare iPads, including applying barcodes, installing cases, and enrolling or updating software
Ensure inventories are secure, properly identified, and accessible to authorized personnel
Maintain controls over various inventory types, including raw materials, subassemblies, and finished goods
Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile results with inventory records
Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipment quantities
Analyse inventory levels and coordinate with production and sales requirements

Production Support

Support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and storage operations within the distribution centre
Assist with assembly, processing, packaging, and distribution of company products
Set up equipment in continuous production or processing operations as needed
Report device or workflow malfunctions and recommend solutions or process adjustments

Qualifications

Broad knowledge of operational systems and practices gained through prior work experience and/or education
Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management and shipping
Nice to have: experience with FedEx Ship Manager, Salesforce.com, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
