Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to compile and maintain records of physical and virtual product inventories. This role is responsible for daily cycle counting, claims management, account administration, and ensuring accurate inventory throughout the facility. The Inventory Clerk will also manage data related to ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping products while maintaining inventory of shipping materials, supplies, and equipment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and verify incoming shipments for correct quantities and product types.
- Process inbound and outbound orders safely and accurately.
- Record and track materials received, stored, and distributed within the facility.
- Weigh, count, and inspect products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory, purchasing, and shipping records.
- Compile and review information from purchase orders, invoices, and reports.
- Monitor stock levels and identify inventory replenishment needs.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, and inventory adjustments.
- Verify product IDs, pallet IDs, and stock numbers to ensure accurate shipments.
- Organize and stage materials to support efficient warehouse operations.
- Operate warehouse material handling equipment while following all company safety policies and procedures.

- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in inventory management, quality control, or related warehouse operations.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in the facility's primary language.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in an ambient warehouse environment where temperatures may reach approximately 100°F, depending on the season.
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 40 pounds.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying noise levels.
