Job Description

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p Position is On-site, will need to have own transportation Duration: 12 Months Pay range: $24.00/hr.- $25.92/hr. Position Summary: The Inventory Management Specialist manages inventory processes with greater independence, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely shipping/receiving operations. This role also assists in process improvements and troubleshooting discrepancies.Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain inventory levels;initiate replenishment as needed
Conduct regular cycle counts and investigate variances
Oversee receiving processes, including documentation and system updates
Coordinate and execute shipping schedules, including carrier selection
Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and compliance with shipping regulations
Analyze inventory data to identify trends and inefficiencies
Resolve discrepancies related to shipments, returns, and stock levels
Train and support entry-level staff (Level I)
Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams
Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
2–5 years of inventory or warehouse experience
Experience with inventory/ERP systems is a plus
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
