You'll work closely with the supply chain team to uphold inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts, and manage inventory data—making a tangible impact every day.What You'll Do As an Inventory Control Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Performing daily cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.*
• Assisting with full physical inventory counts and investigating discrepancies.*
• Reviewing warehouse transactions to maintain transaction integrity.*
• Identifying patterns and root causes of inventory issues to suggest improvements.*
• Collaborating with shipping, receiving, and warehouse teams to streamline processes.*
• Maintaining detailed records of inventory adjustments and corrections.*
• Creating reports and summaries of inventory data for management.*
• Identifying aging or obsolete inventory and reporting it for proper handling.*
• Conducting random audits to confirm process integrity.*
• Supporting inventory procedures, documentation, and compliance activities.*
• Assisting with year-end inventory activities and other warehouse duties as needed.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• An associate degree or 3+ years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management.*
• Strong knowledge of inventory processes within manufacturing or warehouse environments.*
• Experience with ERP or WMS systems, preferably Epicor.*
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.*
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues.*
• Understanding of Bills of Materials (BOMs).*
• Strong analytical, math, and organizational skills.*
• High attention to detail and accuracy.*
• Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize responsibilities.*
• Forklift experience is a plus.*
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration mindset.
