Job Title: Shipping & Inventory Control Associate

About the Role

Do you have experience in shipping, inventory, or warehouse operations and take pride in accuracy and organization?

Custom Filters Direct is hiring a Shipping & Inventory Control Associate to support finished goods inventory, ensure shipping accuracy, and keep operations running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (1st Shift). Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Weekly Pay
  • Pay based on experience
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Paid Time Off (PTO) offered after 90 days

We are focused on maintaining accurate inventory, efficient shipping, and a strong team-oriented environment.

Position Overview

In this role, you will:

  • Maintain accurate inventory of finished goods
  • Ensure all outgoing shipments are correct and on time
  • Support shipping operations and inventory tracking

This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels of finished goods
  • Stage, verify, and prepare orders for shipment
  • Ensure all outgoing shipments are accurate and meet deadlines
  • Track and update inventory records with a high level of accuracy
  • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Maintain organization and efficiency within the shipping area
  • Collaborate with production to ensure product availability and accuracy
  • Follow all safety and operational procedures

Qualifications

  • Shipping, inventory control, or warehouse experience required*
  • Proven ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and handling materials
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing/warehouse environment

Additional Information

  • Forklift experience is not required
  • Training will be provided as needed
