Inventory Control Associate Grand Prairie, TX 75050 Full-Time | Permanent Pay Range: $20.00 – $23.00/hour Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inventory Control Associate to support warehouse inventory accuracy, quality assurance processes, and operational efficiency within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for conducting inventory audits, researching discrepancies, maintaining reporting, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure product accuracy and workflow consistency. The ideal candidate will bring strong warehouse and inventory experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist in directing day-to-day activities of Inventory Control and Quality Assurance personnel under the guidance of the Supervisor Ensure consistency and adherence to inventory procedures, schedules, and operational standards Conduct cycle counts, audits, and inventory investigations to identify and reconcile discrepancies Research and resolve inventory variances and product quality concerns Maintain accurate inventory records and required reporting documentation Partner with internal departments to address inventory-related questions and operational issues Support quality assurance initiatives and inventory accuracy improvements Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain organized work areas Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by leadership Qualifications Required Experience & Skills Minimum 2 years of hands-on warehouse experience Minimum 4 years of inventory control and/or quality assurance experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment Strong computer skills including: Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Microsoft Outlook Ability to obtain forklift certification Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently with limited supervision Additional Qualifications Demonstrates leadership by example Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Dependable attendance and flexibility to work overtime, including Saturdays, as needed Team-oriented mindset with a strong internal and external customer service focus Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing setting Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and inventory handling activities Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion.
