We support restaurants, schools, healthcare facilities, and national accounts across multiple branches.We are building a company driven by standards, accountability, and ownership — not excuses.This is not a sit-behind-a-desk management job.This role is critical to protecting company profitability, technician efficiency, and operational excellence across our entire fleet and inventory systems.Position OverviewThe Inventory Control & Fleet Manager is responsible for enforcing Pro-Serv standards across:Company inventory systemsTechnician van stockWarehouse organizationFleet readiness and complianceAsset tracking and accountabilityYou will own the systems that keep our technicians productive and our company profitable.If inventory accuracy, organization, and operational discipline matter to you — this role will fit.If you prefer reactive environments or loose structure — it will not.Core ResponsibilitiesInventory ManagementMaintain accurate inventory across all warehouses and service vehiclesEnforce inventory procedures and SOPs company-widePerform scheduled and random inventory auditsTrack inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actionsEnsure parts are properly received, labeled, and trackedMonitor inventory usage trends and loss preventionWork closely with Parts Manager and Operations leadershipFleet ManagementOversee company fleet across all branchesTrack vehicle maintenance schedules and complianceCoordinate repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenanceMonitor vehicle condition, cleanliness, and readinessManage fleet asset tracking and reportingControl fuel usage accountability and reportingSystems & AccountabilityImplement inventory best practices and process improvementsMaintain reporting dashboards for leadershipTrain technicians and staff on inventory standardsEnsure company SOPs are followed daily — not occasionallyIdentify inefficiencies and drive solutionsWhat Success Looks LikeInventory accuracy consistently above 95%Reduced parts loss and write-offsOrganized warehouses and vansTechnicians have what they need when they need itFleet downtime minimizedSystems run without leadership chasing problemsRequirements3+ years inventory, warehouse, fleet, or operations management experienceStrong organizational and leadership skillsHigh attention to detailComfortable enforcing standards and accountabilityExperience with inventory software or ERP systems preferredMechanical or service industry experience is a plusValid driver’s licenseWho This Role Is For✅ Process-driven leaders✅ Problem solvers who take ownership✅ Organized operators who hate chaos✅ Self-starters who don’t need micromanagementWho This Role Is NOT For❌ Clock watchers❌ Excuse makers❌ People uncomfortable holding standards❌ Passive managersCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive Salary: $65,000 – $85,000+ (based on experience)Performance bonus opportunitiesCompany vehicle or vehicle allowanceHealth benefitsPaid time offGrowth opportunities within a rapidly expanding companyWhy Pro-ServWe are not building an average company.We are building a standard.This role directly impacts company profitability, technician success, and customer experience.If you want to help build something real — and be held to a high level while doing it — we want to talk.
