Job Description
Summary:
- Location: Altavista
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Audit inventory to maintain accurate system balances
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies during daily order processing
- Process rejected, expired, short-dated, and returned products
- Support Quality and Manufacturing with materials being destroyed, reworked, or quarantined
- Resolve orders placed on hold due to inventory status issues
- Update inventory records and maintain documentation accuracy
- Perform data entry and system updates using computer-based inventory systems
- Coordinate with warehouse, quality, and production teams to ensure inventory accuracy
Additional Information:
- Non-Exempt position
- Overtime paid at time and a half for hours worked over 40 per week
- Significant computer interface required
