Job Description

Position Summary:

The Inventory Associate will perform standard inventory warehouse functions. This includes picking items for orders, putting away inventory receipts and replenish inventory from bulk storage to a picking location.

Essential Functions:

  •     Processing all orders received in the same day for shipmentPerforming cycle counts on a daily basis to verify accurate system quantities as well as ensure shelf life of sterile products
  •     Bagging and bulk storing incoming inventoryReplenishing items from a bulk to a picking location
  •     Picking items and sets to fulfill customer and in-house departmental requestsEntering item data related to order transactions into the software system
  •     Maintaining Finish Goods Warehouse in a clean and orderly mannerMaintaining inventory items in a first-in/first-out basis
  •     Identifying, picking, and organizing surgical sets from the proper locationAdheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies
  •     Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your roleRepresents the company in a professional manner and upholds the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties

    Qualifications:

  •     High School diploma or equivalentMinimum one-year experience working in a Finished Goods Warehouse environment
  •     Ability to follow procedures as well as take initiative, team playerExperience using Radio Frequency (RF) scanners
  •     Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office)Strong communication, interpersonal skills
