Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk to support warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring proper stock levels. This role plays a key part in tracking inventory movement, conducting cycle counts, and improving overall inventory accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory records within the system
Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits
Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock
Assist with receiving, labeling, and organizing inventory

Data Entry & Reporting

Enter and update inventory data accurately
Generate and review inventory reports
Investigate and resolve discrepancies with warehouse and purchasing teams

Process Improvement & Coordination

Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams
Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory procedures

Qualifications

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of inventory control, warehouse, or related experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

Associate’s degree or relevant certification
Experience with inventory management software
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics principles

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $15.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
