Job Description

ANDON Specialties is a nationally recognized manufacturer’s representative and distributor of process automation, analytical, and fluid handling solutions. For nearly 40 years, we’ve proudly served the petrochemical, oil & gas, life sciences, and semiconductor industries—delivering value through our people, products, and services.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Inventory Control Manager to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

·         Execute weekly procurement of products and materials for all ANDON locations.

·         Design and implement inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize costs, and prevent outages or overstock.

·         Analyze inventory and supply chain data to ensure efficient product flow and mitigate disruptions.

·         Conduct inventory reviews, cycle counts, audits, and physical inventories to maintain data accuracy and identify slow-moving or obsolete items.

·         Manage supplier relationships, including delivery performance, quality standards, and overall supplier effectiveness.

·         Monitor inventory usage trends and proactively communicate demand changes to Sales Operations.

·         Coordinate and track product transfers between ANDON warehouses.

·         Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels.

What You Bring:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain, Industrial Distribution, or related field preferred.

·         2+ years of procurement, sourcing, or inventory control experience.

·         Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency and data-driven decision-making ability.

·         Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with high accountability and ethical standards.

·         Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.

·         Collaborative, improvement-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
