Position Title: Inventory Control SpecialistDepartment: MaterialsReports to: Materials SupervisorWage Range: $21-$27

Principal Accountabilities:• Perform the counting and kitting of work order pick-list material per the kitting schedule.• Collaborating with internal departments to locate missing packages, missing parts after the kitting process, fix incorrect deliveries and replace damaged products• Labeling every product and placing them accordingly• Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of kitting and incoming deliveries• Count and return to on-hand, the material being returned from production after the completion of a work order.• Assist with cycle counting.• Assist with physical inventory.• Help with reconciliation of all physical counts to minimize loss to company, and to drive to the root cause of discrepancies.• Help with the collection and count of residual material to be sold to customers at the end of programs.• Identifying and locating the right products during the delivery process• Keeping a well-maintained and updated account of stock and inventory• Keeping all material handling equipment in the best condition by conducting regular maintenance• Maintain integrity of customer owned material.• Help receiving when needed• Help shipping when needed• Create and complete non-conformances/DMR's• Ability to read, understand, and navigate in Fusion and MRP system documentation.• Help to update procedures and work instructions as needed to match current process.• Maintain 6S standards and continually look for ways to improve processes.• Follow safety, ESD, ITAR and QMS protocols.• Actively participate in Lean activities and embrace change.• Follow the procedures as defined in the QMS that pertain to your area or position. Minimum Qualifications:Experience in warehouse environment.Ability to work within a teamGood verbal and written skillsBasic computer skillsPreferred Qualifications:2+ years working with in an electronics plant warehouse2+ years working with ERP systemExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent computer skills
