Who We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a highly organized, detail‑driven Inventory Control Specialist who takes pride in accuracy, communication, and operational excellence.

Ideal Strengths

• Experience with Ply (Inventory Management System) — highly preferred

• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation, reporting)

• Inventory management expertise — accuracy, cycle counts, reconciliation

• Vendor relations & negotiation skills — pricing, returns, credits, order accuracy

• Organizational excellence — systems, processes, documentation

• Customer service mindset — supporting internal teams and external partners

• Problem-solving ability — identifying discrepancies and preventing repeat issues

What You’ll Do

• Maintain accurate inventory across multiple divisions

• Manage purchase orders, receiving, transfers, and returns

• Build strong relationships with vendors to ensure best pricing and service

• Track and reconcile inventory using Ply and Excel-based reporting

• Support field teams with timely, accurate materials and equipment

• Monitor stock levels and forecast needs

• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment

• Assist with negotiations, credits, and vendor accountability

• Provide excellent internal customer service to technicians and leadership
