Overview
We’re seeking an Inventory Control Specialist with hands-on experience in inventory operations and a solid understanding of planning systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience in inventory control or a related field
- Open to working 1st shift
- Familiarity with MRP principles and ERP platforms
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to apply basic math concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with Google Workspace and Outlook
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support daily inventory activities
- Use MRP and ERP tools to track materials and assist with planning tasks
- Prepare reports and communicate findings to team members and leadership
- Identify discrepancies and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to inventory processes
- Handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professional conduct
