Inventory Control Specialist

Location: Oxford, NCJob Type: Full-TimePay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience

ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracyUnload deliveries using a forklift and other warehouse equipmentMatch packing slips, purchase orders, and invoicesEnter receiving information accurately into the ERP systemIdentify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect shipmentsStock and distribute materials to the appropriate departmentsMaintain accurate receiving records and documentationAssist with inventory counts and inventory accuracyProcess returned materialsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all company safety policies and proceduresQualifications1-2 years of warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience preferredForklift experience requiredStrong computer and data entry skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong math and communication skillsAbility to identify discrepancies in shipments and documentationHigh School Diploma or GED required
