Position Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee all aspects of inventory management at our facility. This is a hands-on role that requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically active environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts to ensure complete accuracy and accountability.
• Collaborate closely with the national procurement team to monitor supply levels, deliveries, and order fulfillment needs.
• Maintain an organized and clearly labeled warehouse environment; full implementation of organizational systems is expected within the first 30 days of employment.
• Assist in receiving and processing early-morning deliveries by starting the workday at 3:00 AM.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, and company-specific protocols related to inventory handling and storage.
• Develop and implement processes to improve inventory accuracy, minimize shrinkage, and streamline distribution operations.
• Supervise warehouse team members, with training as needed in inventory best practices.

Position Requirements:

• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older
• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• 3+ years of inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics experience (cannabis industry experience preferred but not required).
• Proven ability to maintain accurate records and reconcile discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to implement systems and maintain order in a dynamic environment.
• Comfort working early morning shifts and in a physical, on-your-feet role.
• Experience with inventory management systems and software platforms.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Green Flower or Ganjier certificate preferred.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:This position involves active participation in daily operations throughout the facility. including lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, standing for extended periods, and moving throughout the facility.Work Schedule:This is a full-time, exempt position with a minimum of 40 hours per week. The work schedule is Wednesday through Sunday from 3:00 am to 1:00 pm. Overtime may be required based on business needs. The employee will also be scheduled to work on most holidays.

Working Conditions: 

• Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours a day
• Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends and holidays, based on business needs
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds
• Ability to sit, squat, bend, and kneel repetitively throughout a workday
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to use a rolling platform ladder
• Ability and willingness to work in the following conditions:
• General office environment.
• Extended computer usage.
• Extended phone usage including teleconferences, and
• Work environments that include exposure to, but not limited to, fumes, dust, odors, heights, indoor AC, no AC, motion, and noise.
• The employee will encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday and must have a high regard for self-management, time management, and scheduling of activities.
