Job Requisition Summary" Reason for Hire: Backfill" Work Location: Onsite" Travel Required: No" Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (preferably in Supply Chain)" Start Date: ASAP" Interview Process:-1st Round: Short MS Teams screen with Hiring Manager-2nd Round: In person interview with Hiring Manager + 1 additional team member-Max 2 interviews total" Pay Rate: /hour" Work Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)Must-Have Skills

- Attention to detailNice-to-Have Skills" Oracle experience" Order management" ERP systemsSpecific Responsibilities:" Support 43 field sites by performing financial receipt of materials" Work with finance on reports to minimize receiving and billing errors and corrections" Provide metrics to field representatives on site performance" Occasionally interact with site personnel to obtain physical inventory counts of specific materialsSkills/Abilities:" Ability to work independently and interpret information, including financial & technical information" Effectively communicate key information to cross functional teams to include senior management" Extensive knowledge of administrative tools such as Excel." Technically skilled with proven ability to troubleshoot problems, solve abstract issues, interpret and implement policies & procedures." Excellent attention to detail in the execution of job responsibilities" Ability to stay focused and skilled at time management" Ability to plan own work according to targets agreed, within a quarterly up to an annual cycle, by integrating resources in a project driven environment.
