Our physicians and staff work as a unified team to achieve optimal patient outcomes in a supportive, patient-focused atmosphere. We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to join our growing team.

Schedule:

Full-time (80 hours per pay period). Monday- Friday, 8:30 am- 5:00 pm.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain and equipment readiness, ensuring our medical teams have exactly what they need to succeed. Key duties include:

  • Inventory Control: Lead regular cycle counts and inventories to ensure supplies and equipment are accurately tracked and managed with fiscal responsibility.
  • Equipment Onboarding: Receive, catalog, and distribute non-IT equipment, ensuring every piece is fully functional before entering service.
  • Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate and track required maintenance for all equipment, maintaining meticulous service records to ensure safety and compliance.
