Inventory Media & Merchandising Specialist

Are you creative, organized, and passionate about vehicles, photography, and digital marketing? Briggs Auto Group Topeka is looking for an Inventory Media & Merchandising Specialist to help showcase our inventory online and create an exceptional first impression for customers shopping our dealerships.
This position plays a key role in helping market vehicles across multiple online platforms through high-quality photos, video content, inventory merchandising, and digital presentation. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and combining creativity with technology, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Photograph new and pre-owned vehicle inventory for dealership websites and online listings
- Capture high-quality exterior, interior, and feature-focused vehicle images
- Create short-form walkaround videos and social media content for inventory and promotions
- Upload and organize inventory photos across dealership systems and websites
- Ensure vehicle listings are accurate, complete, and visually appealing
- Write or assist with vehicle descriptions and merchandising content
- Monitor inventory presentation standards and maintain consistent branding
- Coordinate with sales and management teams to prioritize incoming inventory
- Stage and position vehicles for photography and display presentation
- Maintain photo equipment, inventory staging areas, and merchandising standards
- Assist with dealership marketing content and special campaigns when needed
- Track and ensure inventory is photographed and online in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic photography and video skills preferred
- Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and online systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Creative mindset with an eye for presentation and branding
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
- Social media or content creation experience is a bonus
