We are currently looking for a Inventory Operations Specialist in the Las Vegas, NV area. This is an in-office 5 days per week role. JOB SUMMARY: Under general supervision, the Inventory Operations Specialist completes their required work accurately and timely, as well as audits the work of others. Specialists utilize various systems, including Clarity, Voice, SalesForce and other systems for daily work. The Specialist supports, and works with, other departments such as: Sale Sites, various Club departments, Field Inventory, YM Call centers, as well as other internal and external contacts. Receive and service all reservation entry in a timely manner and in accordance with department policy and procedure or standard operating procedures. Process reservations as well as updating available inventory in Clarity and Voice. Update spreadsheets and systems, including accurately making inventory available for booking in Clarity and Voice. Keep supervisor and/or manager updated of relevant issues. Generate and record statistics. It is of the utmost importance that all bookings of reservations are completed accurately, timely and according to departmental, company and standards.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Beginner - Intermediate Excel
- Ability to learn new applications
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills

- Timeshare Experience
- Hospitality Experience
