Job Description
Title: Inventory Planner / Inventory Control SpecialistLocation: Kirkland, WADuration: 6 monthsCompensation: $20 - $25Work Requirements: US Citizen and GC HoldersInventory Planner / Inventory Control SpecialistSummary
- Manage material inventory for production and development by performing accurate physical and system transactions using ERP tools.
- Coordinate with Quality, Purchasing, and cross-functional teams to resolve inventory and material issues.
- Support inventory movement across facilities while maintaining safety, productivity, and quality standards.
- Identify process improvements, document system issues, and contribute to SOP enhancements.
- Train new team members, resolve operational blockers, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- 2+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
- Experience with ERP systems and inventory/material transactions.
- Inventory control, material handling, and production support experience.
- Cross-functional communication with Quality, Purchasing, and Operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended shifts, and work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, holidays, and overtime.
- Forklift, pallet jack, or other material handling equipment experience.
- Experience training new employees or mentoring junior teammates.
- Process improvement and SOP documentation experience.
- Experience documenting system issues and operational inefficiencies.
