Title: Inventory Planner III (Warehouse & Materials Planning)Location: Everett, WADuration: 9 monthsCompensation: $20 - $25Work Requirements: US Citizen and GC HoldersInventory Planner III (Warehouse & Materials Planning)Description:Summary
- Supports production and manufacturing operations by managing inventory and material flow in a warehouse environment.
- Performs material transactions using SAP ERP, Excel, and proprietary systems while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Coordinates physical and virtual movement of materials between sites and identifies process improvements.
- Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards while supporting team training.
- Works in a physically demanding warehouse environment with flexible shifts, including potential weekend work.
- SAP ERP experience (inventory/material transactions)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Inventory control and material planning experience
- Warehouse operations and material handling
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Ability to document system issues and process improvements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for up to 10 hours
- Flexibility to work varying day shifts, including weekends
- U.S. work authorization meeting Export Control requirements (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, Green Card holder, Refugee, or Asylee)
- Experience operating pallet jacks or warehouse equipment
- Forklift certification
- Experience training or mentoring team members
- SOP development or continuous improvement experience
- Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments
