Position Overview: Provides cross-functional support to the IWS back-office sales and field team

We are seeking a candidate who is well-versed in a wide range of administrative tasks, fast learner, versatile, self-motivated, detail oriented, friendly, thoughtful with a “no task is too big or small” type of mentality. Proficiency in MS Office, especially excel (a plus if you have experience with formulas and v-lookup). Any interest/knowledge about wine will be valued, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Sales & Operations Support

Manage Sevenfifty and Bevmedia site, including monthly upload files and process
Manage Monthly Pricebook
Manage Inventory with EVP adhering to DOH guidelines
Work with EVP on pricing & allocations, managing relationships with suppliers
Provide interdepartmental communication for various groups or departments (e.g., Portfolio, Marketing, Pricing, and Education & Events)

Qualifications/ Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree required

3 years of experience in inventory control, pricing or brand management

Strong communication, both written and verbal

Superior organizational skills, detail oriented, must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Ability to work independently and in a dynamic, high energy, team-oriented atmosphere.

Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, teamwork, maturity under pressure, and anticipates and resolves problems

Demonstrate experience managing complex projects or coordinating large-scale events

Strong communication, both written and verbal

Superior organizational skills, detail oriented, must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

High level of proficiency with Microsoft office

Wine knowledge a plus

Salary: Range - $65-80k annual: Actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, which may include professional experience, educational background, certifications, and level of industry-specific knowledge.
