What You'll Do
- Ensure timely movement of materials between storage, production, and staging areas
- Maintain accurate inventory through system updates and real-time tracking
- Collaborate with team members and escalate discrepancies to minimize disruptions
- Follow standard work procedures and safety protocols
- Work with strong attention to detail and pride in quality execution
What We're Looking For
- Team-first mindset with a willingness to support shared goals
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Outlook)
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work 2nd shift and complete training on 1st shift (up to 90 days)
Preferred Experience
- 1+ year of experience in inventory, material handling, or logistics support
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP platforms
