Inventory Specialist

Location: Jupiter, FLCompany: Abacus StaffingJob Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:Abacus Staffing is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support operations at a site in Jupiter, FL. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, supporting material flow, and ensuring compliance with aerospace quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS/ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
Process material receipts, issues, and transfers
Support production and line-side replenishment
Follow AS9100, ISO, ITAR, and site-specific requirements
Assist with physical inventories and customer audits

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
1+ year of inventory or warehouse experience (aerospace/manufacturing preferred)
Experience with inventory systems or ERP/WMS
Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills
Ability to meet ITAR and client security requirements
Safety shoes required (steel/composite toed shoes)

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
