Inventory SpecialistCompany: HireCallPay: Starting at $19-21/hourSchedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Overtime as needed)Location: Tulsa, OK Area
HireCall is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist for one of our valued clients in the Tulsa area. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting production teams with materials, and ensuring efficient receiving and distribution of supplies. If you have forklift experience, strong computer skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records for materials, parts, and job supplies
- Provide materials and supplies to team members based on job orders
- Obtain signatures from team members when issuing or checking out supplies
- Receive incoming shipments, including unloading and verifying deliveries
- Load outgoing shipments with a forklift to workstations or finished products to trucks
- Track inventory usage and report discrepancies or shortages
- Perform data entry and maintain inventory logs using computer systems and Microsoft Excel
- Organize and maintain stock areas for efficiency and safety
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
Requirements
- Previous forklift experience required
- Computer skills required, including data entry and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
