Inventory Specialist

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring an Inventory Specialist for a client in Aurora, IL. An Inventory Specialist is responsible for stock tracking, auditing, logistics, and physical labor. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($18.50+/HR.), depending on forklift certification, as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).  Available shifts include:1st Shift (7am-3:30pm)   Job Responsibilities of the Inventory Specialist: 

   Operating warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or internal ERP systems to log deliveries.Performing daily or weekly cycle counts and physical inventory reconciliation to fix discrepancies.

   Coordinating with purchasing, sales, and warehouse teams to prevent stockouts and fulfill orders.Lifting heavy items, operating powered industrial vehicles (forklifts), and spending long hours standing on the floor.Required Qualifications of the Inventory Specialist:

  Strong ability to spot patterns in data and investigate missing or damaged items.High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and specialized barcode scanning equipment.
