Inventory Specialist

Inventory Specialist Grand Junction, Colorado Temp to Hire$22-$24 TempExperts is seeking an Inventory Specialist for a growing healthcare technology organization in Grand Junction, Colorado. This role is responsible for inventory accuracy, equipment preparation, shipping and receiving activities, and supporting operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment.Responsibilities:

• Receive, organize, track, and distribute inventory, equipment, and supplies.*
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.*
• Prepare, inspect, clean, and test equipment for distribution and return to inventory.*
• Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and pickups with carriers and internal teams.*
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and regulatory requirements.*
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.*
• Support general warehouse, logistics, and operational activities as assigned.

Requirements/Education:

• 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, logistics, or distribution.*
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.*
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.*
• Basic computer proficiency and experience working with inventory systems.*
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 70 pounds with or without assistance.*
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.*
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.*
• Experience with warehouse management systems, ERP systems, medical equipment, or regulated inventory preferred.*
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
